Hark Angel will forever be committed to helping the beautiful people of Myanmar to access education for their children, and to supporting these communities to discover a future filled with greater opportunities. Hark Angels first 9 schools were built in this peaceful country and over 2000 children have now been given the opportunity to graduate through primary and high school education, and change the course of their futures. Up until 2020 Hark Angel was about to offer an incredible opportunity for volunteers to visit Myanmar and see first hand to powerful work that Hark Angel has been doing in these communities. 

Devastatingly Hark Angels work in Myanmar has been halted firstly due to the Out break of the Covid 19 Pandemic, and more recently the Military Coup where the military in Myanmar staged a coup, overthrowing the government, which has resulted in the country descending into civil war. The amazing people and children are dying, suffering and fighting for their freedom, whilst the rest of the world turns a blind eye. At this current moment in time it seems impossible to continue to build in Myanmar, and with media black out and government surveillance it is incredibly hard to provide aid to it people. 

In spite of this, Hark Angel has decided not to give up on Myanmar, but instead to use this time to rebuild , rethink and restrategise. Hark angel is currently making preparations to keep the dream of building 100 schools in under developed countries alive and move to build schools in other communities where there is a desperate need.
